BC Brandchemie

BC-Brandschutz-Ferrocoat I 30 W is an eviromental-friendly and cost-cutting, waterborne, insulating fire protection coating without fibres or halogens for interior application and in open halls without any direct exposure to the elements, etc.
When exposed to fire, the coating develops micro-porous carbon foam, which has a high thermal insulation capacity.
Applied in accordance with the certification no. Z-19.11-1564 (DIBT), open and closed interior steel members and also in open halls can be classified in the fire resistance classification F 30.
BC-Brandschutz-Ferrocoat I 30 W can be applied with or without a top coat and can be processed using standard application methods such as brushes or rollers.
Application using airless appliances is particularly economical, provided there is a suitable surface finish.
